Dr. Marty’s Six Steps to  a Positive Mindset   (Part 3 of a 3 part series)

Here are six steps that I’ve developed to developing a positive mind set.

  1. Pay attention to what you are telling yourself
  2. Calm down
  3. Listen to both the negative (emotional) and positive (logical) voices in your head.
  4. Have a conversation between the voices, you may even want to write down the conversation.
  5. Think about what you want the outcome to be
  6.  Continue the conversation until the voices motivate you to behave in a way that comes closest to your outcome


The more we come from a positive mindset the better our quality of life.
