I offer a 20 minute free phone consultation so that you can see if you think that I am able to understand your problems and if you are comfortable talking with me.
I answer my own phone; I use voice mail not a service. If I’m not immediately available, I am the only person who will hear your message. Please leave: your name, your phone numbers (as many as possible i.e. home, work, cell), and a good time to reach you. If you like, you may give me a brief description of why you are calling.
I know it’s hard to make that first call and I feel it’s important for me to get back to you as soon as possible. During weekends, I may not always be available, but I promise that I will make your call a priority first thing on Monday.
