Has the court or your attorney recommended that you receive help with anger management? We are licensed professionals, who all have a background in anger management.

This is a very difficult situation to be involved in because sometimes you might not have been the one that initiated the problem, but you are the one that is faced with the consequences.

We can teach you effective anger management techniques that you can use at work and in your everyday life. If the problem is stemming from a relationship you are involved in, we can also teach you better communication skills.

Anger is a normal feeling – you get frustrated, spiteful, and you probably feel misunderstood.

Our goal is to give you the best chance of preventing future occurrences, and understand how to handle a similar situation should it arise.

• We offer Anger Management Counseling across New Jersey.
• Therapists are all licensed Mental Health Professionals.

Fee: $225. Individual sessions are 50 minutes in length.

During our meetings participants will learn:

• To better understand their anger.
• Early detection of their angry feelings and what to do about them.
• Effective ways of talking with your partner to stop anger from getting out of hand.
• How to handle the anger that comes from addiction problems.

At the end of the counseling, there will be a brief letter to the court stating that the person has attended our sessions.
